Launched in 2013, Physiotherapy Clinics (Cheshire) Ltd is a modern and newly refurbished clinic conveniently situated on the High Street in the centre of Winsford, Cheshire. The clinic offers expert advice and treatments for a range of injuries and conditions, as well as being equipped with electrotherapy, fitness and rehabilitation equipment.
Director and chartered physiotherapist, Jill Malone, felt her business was missing out on sales by not offering clients the option to pay by card.
“Not everyone carries cash nowadays and not offering the option to pay by card made me feel a little unprofessional and old-fashioned. Accepting card payments was an absolute must for us to move forward as a business.

Jill explains how accepting card payments has made a difference by boosting sales of supplementary items, “Taking card payments over the phone is extremely beneficial to us. Our clients can now purchase gift vouchers and stock items without having to visit the clinic.
Having the portable card machine has also improved cash flow for the business, since clients can now settle invoices quickly and conveniently.
