Customer Case Study - Rendezvous Emporium

Rotherham based Rendezvous Emporium opened in January 2016, with the aim to promote local independent businesses. After collecting vintage items to showcase and sell for just over a year, owners Karen and Garry West decided to open their own shop. The Emporium stock their own vintage and shabby chic furniture, as well as allowing artists, crafters, designers and sellers to display their items.

Karen believes that around 30% of sales so far have been made through their Ingenico credit card machine.

“Being a new business, our main concern about taking card payments was cost. We needed a card machine that was affordable, with a company that we could trust.
