Customer Case Study - The Lock Shop

The Lock Shop in Hinckley was launched over 50 years ago, when Tim White trained with an ironmonger in Leicester. In 1982, the decision was taken to focus the business on providing a locksmith and security service, as a method of combatting the arrival of larger DIY superstores. Tim’s son, Oliver, now runs the shop, providing a quality service whilst adapting to changing markets.
