Who is eligible for the Handepay cashback offer?
Only customers that are both new to Handepay and switching from another provider between 28th August and 22nd September 2017 can receive the £100 cashback offer. New to card customers (NTC) and customers joining us after this date will not be eligible.
When can I claim my £100 cashback?
You can claim your £100 cashback online once you have taken your first transaction.
How do I claim my £100 cashback?
If you’ve joined us during the £100 cashback offer period, here is how you make your claim.
Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email sent to the address you provided us with when you signed up. You’ll normally receive this email within five working days of your application being approved.
Before making a claim, you must ensure that you have taken your first transaction, we will also advise you of this in the email you receive.
Click on the link provided in the email – it’s valid for 30 days from the date of your first transaction. You’ll be directed to an online form, simply complete the fields shown and then click ‘submit’.
We will then email you to let you know that your claim has been approved.
How long does it take to receive my cheque?
We will aim to have your £100 cashback to you within 14 days of your claim.
I’ve not received my £100 cashback?
If you haven’t received your payment within 14 days of making your claim please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

£100 Cashback Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date and complete.
- Due to contractual obligations, we cannot provide a merchant facility for any businesses that have an existing contractual or other business relationship with EVO Payments or any of their associated businesses and, if applicable, the “£100 cashback” does not apply.
- Offer available to customers that are both new to Handepay and switching from another provider between 28thAugust – 22nd September 2017 inclusive. Applications received signed after the 22nd September will not be eligible.
- This offer is not available to new to card customers (NTC)
- This offer is subject to customers entering into a 48-month minimum period hire agreement.
- The £100 cashback claim should be made within 30 days of when the first transaction has been made, subject to being approved. Claims outside of this date will not be paid.
- This offer is per customer and includes the payment gateway and virtual terminal. (i.e businesses taking more than one terminal will only be eligible for one £100 cashback payment).
- Cashback payments will be made by cheque and sent to customers by post, as soon as is practical.
- This offer is not open to trade sectors prohibited or restricted by EVO Payments.
- This offer is not available to existing Handepay or EVO Payments customers.
- By receiving this offer, you agree to be included in Handepay’s promotional material.
- Handepay reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Handepay does not accept any liability for lost or delayed payments, howsoever caused.
- Handepay reserves the right to withhold and/or refuse payment where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim is being made.
- The decision of Handepay is final and no dispute will be entered into.
