      3. Due to contractual obligations, we cannot provide a merchant facility for any businesses that have an existing contractual or other business relationship with EVO Payments or any of their associated businesses and, if applicable, the offer does not apply
      4. This offer is subject to customers entering into a 48-month minimum period hire agreement
      5. This offer is not open to trade sectors prohibited or restricted by EVO Payments
      6. This offer is not available to existing Handepay or EVO Payments customers
      7. By receiving this offer, you agree to be included in Handepay’s promotional material
      8. This offer is per terminal and includes the payment gateway and virtual terminal
      9. This offer does not apply to All Inclusive Bundle packages
      10. This offer applies to the terminal rental; the customer will be responsible for Merchant Service Charges (MSC) and / or Payment Gateway fees (anything over the bundle must be covered by the customer)
      11. No cash equivalent is available
      12. Handepay reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
      13. The decision of Handepay is final and no dispute will be entered into.

Terminal hire contracts are provided by Merchant Rentals Limited, who is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for Consumer Hire under FRN 720500. Existing Cards Businesses- The one-month rolling terminal hire contract from Merchant Rentals is only available to businesses that are switching from their current acquirer to EVO Payments UK arranged through Handepay.

New to Cards Businesses- The 12-month terminal hire contract from Merchant Rentals is only available to businesses that are new to card payments and wish to receive acquiring services from EVO Payments UK, arranged through Handepay.

The Next Day Banking Settlement service provided by EVO Payments UK incurs an additional fee of £4 a month on top of your acquiring service charges and fees. Provided your card machine performs a reconciliation before 12am (midnight), you’ll receive settlement of funds the next banking day.
