We’ve had a great experience with switching from worldpay to Handepay. We had the pleasure of Lisa Armstrong being recommended to us. We had considered switching a few times over the years but never felt convinced to take the leap until Lisa came in. Lisa explains everything clearly, the process has been straight forward , hassle free and weve saved a few hundred quid , as well as upgrading our card machine and we now have their free app and free pci! We’d worked out we paid £500 over 10 years just in pci fees. Very happy with Handepay and recommend if you’re on the fence, contact Handepay and ask for Lisa Armstrong , you will not be disappointed. Thanks Christian

Lisa Armstrong was so helpful and patient guiding me through my compliance and kept her sense of humour when I was losing mine!

Excellent service, very competitive rates. Would definitely recommend. Mr Anthony Mannall provided best service- explained everything very clear and answered all our thousand questions. The admin team was quick and helpful in setting up the terminal and went through the set up. Many Thanks

Great card Machine, good rates, the team on the phone who helped me with the set up are good

I switched to Handepay after a visit from Alistair Matheson, he wasn't pushy and showed me how much I could save by switching from Dojo to Handepay and I have had no issues. A technical issue with machine but a quick phonecall to Alistair and he talked me through it and machine was good to go. Alistair is very helpful and answers any emails or calls quickly. Highly recommend

Lisa Armstrong has helped me tremendously this week. I have multiple businesses and was nervous to switch because I had issues before with other suppliers. Lisa has restored my faith In how customer service should be. Lisa visited my businesses , listened to my needs , organised a superb price , ordered and installed the products seamlessly. Helped me with the old supplier. Lisa also revisited on our switch day to check everything was set up and operational. Superb service and highly recommend if you need a card machine review do not hesitate to call Lisa @ Handepay

Anthony explained everything in detail and offered the best figures.
