If you require technical support for your terminal, e-commerce or virtual terminal facility please call 0333 005 0999*selecting option 1 followed by:

  • Option 1 for your Spire terminal - Support is available 24/7, 365 days a year

  • Option 2 for your Ingenico terminal - Support is available 24/7, 365 days a year

  • Option 3 for your e-commerce or virtual terminal facility - Support is available 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  • Option 4 for your Castles terminal - Support is available 24/7, 365 days a year

 

Merchant Statement, Reconciliation or Voice Authorisation Queries:

 

If you have a merchant statement, reconciliation or voice authorisation query please call 0333 005 0999*, selecting option 2. Support is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

 

 

American Express Queries:

 

If you have a query regarding your American Express account, please call 0333 005 0999*, selecting option 3. Support is available from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.

 

PCI DSS Queries:

 

If you have a PCI DSS query, please contact us on 0333 005 0999*, selecting option 6. Lines are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

Account Support:

 

To notify us of any changes to your business details such as address or telephone number, if your requirements change, or if you open a new outlet and need to arrange an additional terminal then please contact us on 0333 005 0999*, selecting option 7. Lines are open from 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Transaction data is available via the Business Resource Centre (BRC). Should you require support to access BRC please contact [email protected] The BRC will update as normal with payment details on the next working day provided the terminal is settled on a daily basis.

EVO Payments will publish the schedule of their 2023 merchants payment schedule on their website for expected Bank Holiday settlement timescales www.evopayments.co.uk
