Winner – Workplace Health Award
Finalist – Medium / Large Business of the Year
On the 7th November, we were thrilled to be awarded with the 2019 Workplace Health Award at the Invest in St. Helens Business Awards.
This is due to the launch of our brand-new workplace initiative; The Only Way is Westway. As we’re based at Westway Park, we created an office-wide branding theme to bring our team together for some fun events.
So far, we’ve raised money for our chosen charity, the Steve Prescott Foundation, by holding a charity quiz night. We’ve also welcomed lunchtime visits from a fish and chip van, a Greek food truck and celebrated Bonfire Night with a delicious hog roast.
We make sure that everyone here has a great work-life balance. These events allow everyone to take some time away from their desks and get together with the rest of the team.
Handepay were also named as a finalist in the Medium / Large Business of the Year category, due to our growth both in the industry and in St. Helens itself.

On the 8th November, we were thrilled to represent Handepay at the UK Business Awards in London, following our nomination in the Customer Centric Organisation category.
