Terminal hire agreements may be regulated or unregulated, depending on the nature of the agreement and the customer’s company type.

This offer is available to eligible Farm Retail Association members only who enter into a card-acquiring agreement with an eligible acquirer introduced by Handepay. The offer is subject to eligibility criteria and acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions. A minimum 18-month terminal hire agreement applies, followed by a monthly rolling arrangement. Standard monthly terminal hire charges apply from month seven (7). Offer expires 31st December 2026.
