The Register EPOS application and software (including licence) is provided directly by Smart Volution Limited.  The associated hardware agreement shall be with European Information Technology Ltd or their preferred finance provider as applicable. Handepay acts as a re-seller in relation to the Register EPOS application and do not provide program support or services themselves.

The Loyalty Programme products are provided by third parties and are subject to their own separate commercial agreement between you and the relevant third party provider, and/or (where appropriate), its reseller. Additional fees or charges may apply depending on the services applied for. For more information on each product, visit the relevant product page.

Handepay acts as an introducer in relation to the Loyalty Programme products.
