How to Claim Your Switching Fees

Once your card machine is installed and has made its first live transaction (within 14 days of delivery date), you'll need to provide us with your final invoice/settlement quote from your existing supplier.
Email [email protected] with your settlement quote and a VAT invoice for the final switching costs (you can send either a scanned image or a photograph of the document). Claims for switching costs must be made within 90 days of your first transaction.
