Handepay’s virtual terminals are totally flexible, allowing you to accept payments wherever you are. All you need is a device that’s connected to the internet; such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone. You simply log into your virtual terminal online and enter your customers card details into the secure form. The virtual terminal carries out checks on the billing address provided, confirming that it matches with their bank. Once the cardholder's bank has authorised the payment, the money is settled into your account according to your settlement timescale.

You can grant access to your virtual terminal to anyone you choose. Multiple users can even use the portal to accept payments simultaneously.
Of course. Payments are processed using a secure payments page to ensure that your customer data is protected.
If you’re taking a lot of payments over the phone or by mail order each month, you can still use our great virtual terminal package. Once you have processed 200 transactions per month, you will simply incur a fee of 10p for any additional transactions.
